San Francisco is one of my favorite cities in the country. Its distinctive architecture, bay views, and moderate climate make hiking and photographing through the city a joy. I found this framing of the Transamerica Pyramind while hiking along the Embarcadero, following a route I found on AllTrails, Loop of Downtown San Francisco, North Beach, and Chinatown.
I found people on the street amazingly talkative compared to what I’m used to in Washington, DC, where important people on important business do their best to ignore each other.
